What we sell
A replica novelty road sign. It is not an official highway sign and must not be put up on a public road. We are not connected with North Northamptonshire Council.
Prices and payment
UK prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies; US prices are in US dollars. The sign costs £34.99 plus £4.99 delivery to UK addresses, or $49.99 plus $15.99 delivery to US addresses. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Signs are made to order and usually dispatched within 5 working days by tracked post. We deliver to the UK and the US only.
US orders: your parcel may be charged import duty, tax or a handling fee by US customs or the carrier. These are payable by you and are not included in our price.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your sign. Email us to let us know, then send the sign back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the cost of returning it unless it was faulty or damaged.
If your sign arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Privacy notice
[BUSINESS NAME] is responsible for your personal data.
What we collect: when you order, Stripe collects your name, email, delivery address and payment details for us. We receive your name, email, delivery address and what you bought, but never your full card number. If you register your interest, we get your email address and anything you write to us.
Why: to take payment, post your sign, send order updates and answer your emails (to carry out our contract with you), and to tell you when signs are available if you asked us to (your consent). We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes. We delete register-interest emails once we've told you signs are on sale, or sooner if you ask.
Who we share it with: Stripe (payments), the postal carrier (delivery), and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics: this site sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Stripe's checkout page may use cookies to process payment and prevent fraud.
Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
